CONCEPT: A standout landing page for Homewood Suites by Hilton, inviting visitors to explore and book their stay with ease.

CLIENT: Hilton

ROLE: UX/UI, Landing Page Design

TOOLS: Figma

Problem

For the Homewood Suites by Hilton project, we aimed to design a compelling new landing page that effectively highlighted the hotel's offerings and irresistibly encouraged visitors to book their stay. This initiative was intended to bolster their online presence and drive higher conversion rates.

Discovery

I established the project's goals and plan, then delved into understanding the competitive landscape to identify potential areas of opportunity and refine our approach to stand out in the market.

Goal

The objective of this project is to develop a straightforward landing page that highlights the hotel's main amenities, encourages users to make a reservation, and emphasizes its proximity to LAX as a key selling point.

Plan

The plan was to examine the current website and assess the competitive landscape to gain insights on effective strategies and design elements that could be incorporated into the new landing page, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices.

Competitive Landscape

We conducted detailed analysis of industry competitors and similar hospitality websites to understand design trends, user engagement strategies, and booking functionalities that could enhance the Homewood Suites by Hilton landing page.

Synthesize Findings

  • Ensuring a seamless room booking experience for users is essential! It's crucial to make the call-to-action easily accessible.

  • Highlighting its proximity to LAX can significantly enhance its appeal to travelers seeking convenience and easy access to the airport.

Design & Iterate

I crafted wireframes and a prototype to visualize and test the layout and functionality of the design, ensuring a user-friendly and effective end product.

Hi-Fidelity Wireframes

I used Hi-Fidelity wireframes to visually represent how the design would look and function. These detailed wireframes helped me and stakeholders make informed decisions about the layout, interactions, and overall aesthetic, resulting in a user-centric design.

Prototype

I brought the high fidelity wireframes to life by creating an engaging prototype that showcased the seamless user experience and dynamic interactions of the design. The prototype not only captured the aesthetics but also allowed for user testing and iteration, ensuring that the final product met both the client's vision and the end users' needs.
